The price for shipping will be estimated at checkout. Our flat domestic rate is $7.99 nationwide. For Australian orders, shipping will be a flat fee of $16.00.
We all know dogs love to get dirty whilst out on their walks, while producing our products we had this in mind. All Seven Foxes harness’s come fully lined with a breathable mesh lining combining comfort, coolness and maintenance also making this super easy to clean!
We recommend to machine or hand wash on a delicate cold cycle with hanging or lay flat to dry.
Please get in contact with us via email sevenfoxesnz@gmail.com & we will be happy to help you out. If you have ordered the incorrect size for your pup, we are happy to send you the correct size. Returning incorrect sizes will be at your expense with the products unworn, unused & in their original packaging. Once we have received your incorrect size, we will post the correct size to you at your expense.
Please bear in mind that we have size charts for all of our items so please refer to these before placing an order.
If you have received your order and it seems to be faulty please get in touch with us via email sevenfoxesnz@gmail.com. We are happy for you to swap the item or get a full refund if the item is faulty.
